The regular schedule for Customer Service hours of operation, and the phone number will be the following:
Czech Republic – 800.400.131 – Business hours from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
Customers and Team Members calling the old phone number will receive a message informing them of the new phone line and business hours.
*November 2nd will be the last day to backdate, so if you wish to do so, we highly recommend to send and email for that purpose. For other inquiries, you can call the new line.
